Updates a bank recipient given it's id

Any data in a JSON format to attach to the bank recipient.

You can only update the account type of a recipient thats belongs to an account from Banco Bice. The account type wont affect the status of the recipient, so you can update it even if the recipient is already approved. For any other bank the account type sent will be ignored.
