List imprest funds

Returns a paginated list of the company's imprest funds (fondos por rendir). Each entry
embeds its assigned user and the computed paid_amount, reported_amount, and
custom_column_values.

If the deprecated company_id query parameter is also sent, both values must match;
the API returns 422 Unprocessable Entity when they disagree.
