List transaction files

https://api.cardda.com/v1/transactions//files

Lists the files attached to a transaction's documentation. The transaction is resolved from
its accounting-ledger id, and both the concrete and STI base documentation records are
searched so legacy attachments remain retrievable. Returns an empty array when no
documentation exists.

The Cardda accounting-ledger transaction id (accounting_ledger_tx_id). This is
the same value exposed as id in the unified transactions list.
