List payables with their document URLs

get

https://api.cardda.com/v1/erp/payouts/payables/user_documents

Returns, for each payable matching the current filters, its id and the signed URLs of
its user documents (valid for 7 days). Used to bulk-fetch attachment links for export.
Returns 404 when no matching payables have documents.

If the deprecated company_id query parameter is also sent, both values must match;
